Return Merchandise

All returns must be authorized. Submit name, address, phone number, email address, order number and item sku(s) to be returned to sales@visionesque.com or by mail to Visionesque, 14894 Munn Rd, Newbury, OH 44065. Unauthorized returned merchandise will not be accepted. A return authorization number with shipping instructions and address will be provided by email or US Postal Service. Include RMA on return package. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition. Refund will be provided by either PayPal or check. Refund will be for full purchase price of item(s) plus any applicable sales tax. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 30 days for refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Photo Editions

Photographic prints are created from original 35mm slides or negatives. Each edition of a unique photograph are numbered serially for each print size. Currently we do not offer limited edition prints. In other words, while prints are numbered, they are not limited to an arbitrary production quantity. We feel at this time, that limiting the number of prints made of an original photograph is a technique used by photographers and artists to arbitrarily increase the price of piece without adding any tangible value. However, if at a future date we decide to limit the edition of a photograph, the numbering would start at the last number used before being limited. Therefore, non-limited edition prints would automatically be included in the limited edition. Our goal is to offer high quality photographic prints for the enjoyment of our customers at an affordable price.

Printmaking

All prints are made from 35mm slides or negatives. When originals are slides an internegative is produced from the slide. Prints are photographically reproduced and enlarged from the negative or internegative by a professional color lab. Black and white prints may be custom printed in the artist's darkroom. Prints which do not meet acceptable standards will not be numbered and destroyed. Proofs and contact sheets will not be numbered or sold. The term print, as used on this website, is defined as a photographic reproduction of the original slide or negative using photographic papers and chemistry. Prints are not printed by mass production techniques such as lithographs or printing presses and are not printed using laser or inkjet printers. An exception to this rule is if a photograph has been digitally enhanced, in which case the printing process will be clearly specified. At this time, Visionesque does not offer any digital photographs for sale.
